We are launching the PratikYedek Early Access program. Now that the bulk of development is wrapped up, we are inviting a limited number of accountants and SMEs to use the product for 30 days, free of charge, to fine-tune the last details with real customers.
What is Early Access, and how is it different from a beta?
Beta = "try it out, find bugs, send feedback." Early Access is different:
- The product works: Core features (KVKK-compliant end-to-end encryption, triple storage, accountant transfer package) are complete.
- Feedback steers direction: Which integration (Logo, Mikro, Netsis, e-invoice providers) we deepen first is decided based on customer demand.
- Pricing is locked: The plan you sign up for during Early Access stays at the same price for 12 months after the program ends.
This means "taking the product to market at the right time" for us, and a 40-50% better subscription compared to competing platforms for participants.
Who can join?
We are focused on three profiles:
- CPA/SMMM offices — 50+ taxpayer portfolios, using e-invoice integrations (Bien, Uyumsoft, İzibiz, Foriba, CRSSoft)
- 20-200 employee SMEs — needing regular backups from ERP systems (Logo Tiger/Go, Mikro, Netsis)
- Industry professionals — healthcare, legal, e-commerce — processing special category data and required to comply with KVKK § 12 adequate security measures
What is included in Early Access?
- 30 days of free full-feature access
- Onboarding support: accountant transfer scenario is set up one-on-one
- Technical support within 4 hours during Early Access
- A test pool isolated from production — dry-run before taxpayer data is actually backed up
- KVKK compliance documentation (DPA, Privacy Notice v1.1, Compliance checklist) fully signed

FAQ
Where is data stored? On KVKK § 9 compliant physical servers hosted in Turkey. The data center location is explicitly stated in Privacy Notice v1.1.
Does the price change after Early Access? No. Customers who join Early Access keep their pricing locked for 12 additional months.
What is accountant package transfer? When an accountant office grows and hands off a taxpayer to a new accountant, PratikYedek transfers the full backup history, audit-share records, and KVKK consents with a single click — no manual migration.
Is migration from my current provider difficult? For migration into PratikYedek, 5 adapters are supported: Logo Tiger/Go, Netsis Wings, Mikro SQL, Outlook PST file scan, sealed config import. We walk through this step-by-step during onboarding.
