1. Your KVKK Article 11 rights

Right to: know if your data is processed, request information, learn purposes, learn 3rd parties, request correction, request deletion (KVKK § 7), object to automated decisions, claim damages.

2. How to submit

Email: kvkk@pratikyedek.com. Response within 30 days (KVKK § 13/2).

3. Required information

Name, T.C. ID (or passport for foreigners), address, contact email/phone, request topic and reason. Identity verification required.

4. Deletion request process (KVKK § 7)

30-day cooldown; real deletion (WAL replay) + Ed25519-signed deletion certificate PDF. Legal accounting records (TTK / VUK 10y) kept in separate encrypted archive.

5. Complaint to KVKK Authority

If response denied or no response in 30 days: KVK Kurulu (Eskişehir Yolu 9. km, Çankaya/Ankara) — kvkk.gov.tr.
