Seller: Berhan Tecer / PratikYedek. Buyer: service subscriber.

2. Right of withdrawal (Türkiye Consumer Law)

B2C consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right per TKHK Art. 48. Withdrawal request to destek@pratikyedek.com; refund within 14 days. B2B (CPA + Enterprise) customers: no withdrawal right (TTK commercial contract).

3. Pricing and payment

Prices on pricing page. VAT included. Payment via PaynKolay / iyzico / PayTR (PCI-DSS compliant). Auto-renewal active by default; user can cancel anytime.

4. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Boards (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) for monetary thresholds; Consumer Courts otherwise. Istanbul courts for B2B.
